Matt and his wife, Millie, live in Fairhope, AL, where he enjoys a variety of fitness-related activities, as well as any chance he gets to be on the water, in a boat on a paddle board, or sitting on the beach. He has three grown children and is soon to have his first grandson.

DALTON GUTHRIE
Operations Lead
Before joining 3Ts Logistics as the Operations Lead, Dalton led operations at the Mobile, AL branch of 3T's Trucking, where he oversaw every aspect of operations and ensured that reliability, honesty, and integrity were at the forefront when dealing with each and every customer and driver.
Dalton currently resides in Ocean Springs, MS, where he enjoys spending time with friends and family, boating, and fishing every chance he gets.

With a strong background in the 3PL logistics industry and a dual educational foundation in Accounting and International Business from Springhill College, Beau Monterio brings a fresh perspective and valuable expertise to 3Ts Logistics as our new Carrier Relations Manager. Since joining our team, Beau has quickly established himself as a gifted communicator, adept at building relationships and fostering collaboration with our carriers.
Residing in Mobile, Beau is not only dedicated to his professional role but is also a co-owner of the popular local bar, BoHaydens, where he enjoys connecting with the community. His passion for bridging relationships in both his career and personal life has already made a significant impact on our team dynamics.

With a servant leader mentality, Stephen is an experienced sales professional with a demonstrated history of working in the transportation/logistics industry and has extensive experience in customer satisfaction, customer retention, sales management, and account management.
Stephen is married to Karen with two grown boys and three grandsons, Beckham, Bo and Baker. He is a lifetime resident of Arizona. He loves spending a nice quiet night at home with his bride of 36 years, the great outdoors and GOLF. One of his bucket list items is to get to St. Andrews one day.
